Frequently asked questions
How do I unlock all 10 levels and Mountain World?
You don't need to make a purchase. Sky Ace is completely free: City Free Flight, Mountain Free Flight, Landing Practice, and the hangar are all available as free modes. Later levels unlock as you complete the preceding levels through play. Earn in-game coins and unlock planes and upgrades by flying — never with real money.
The parental gate will not let me through.
The gate is a two-step math problem (something like "What is 4 x 3 + 2?") and it must be solved correctly before any link that leaves the app. The problem changes every time, and there is no skip, hint, or recovery shortcut. This is required by Apple's Kids Category guidelines and is intentional. If a kid cannot solve it, the gate is doing its job. A parent or older sibling can solve it and proceed.
Does Sky Ace collect any data about my child?
No. Sky Ace does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data about you or your child. There are no analytics, no tracking, no advertising SDKs, no accounts, and no sign-in. Game progress is saved locally on the device only. See the privacy policy for the full details.
Are there any in-app purchases?
No. Sky Ace has no in-app purchases, no unlock fee, no subscriptions, and no coin packs for real money. Everything in the game is free.
Are there ads in the app?
No. There are no ads of any kind, anywhere in the app. Not even interstitials, banners, or video offer walls.
How do I report a bug or send feedback?
Email us at bkelleh60@gmail.com with as much detail as you can. The most useful things to include:
- What device you are using (e.g., iPhone 14 Pro, iPad Air)
- iOS version (Settings → General → About)
- What you were doing in the app when the bug happened
- What you expected vs. what actually happened
- A screenshot or screen recording if possible
How do I delete saved progress?
Sky Ace stores all game progress locally on the device. To reset progress, delete the app from your device and reinstall it from the App Store. Because there are no paid unlocks, a fresh install starts you over with no purchases to restore.
What ages is Sky Ace designed for?
Sky Ace is listed in the Apple App Store Kids Category, ages 9-11. The gameplay is approachable for kids age 8 and up, and remains fun through middle school.
