Frequently asked questions

How do I unlock all 10 levels and Mountain World?

Open the Shop tab inside the app and tap "Unlock Sky Ace." A short math problem (the parental gate) will appear so a parent can confirm the purchase. Once a parent solves it, the App Store screen appears and you can complete the one-time $2.99 purchase. After that, all 10 levels and Mountain World Free Flight are unlocked permanently on that Apple ID.

I bought the unlock but the levels are still locked. What do I do?

This usually means the purchase has not yet been associated with the device. Open the Shop tab and tap "Restore Purchases." Your unlock will be restored as long as you are signed in with the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase. If that does not work, email us with the date of purchase and we will help.

How do I get a refund?

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple, not by us. You can request a refund directly from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. If Apple needs information from us as part of the refund process, email us and we will help.

The parental gate will not let me through.

The gate is a two-step math problem (something like "What is 4 x 3 + 2?") and it must be solved correctly to access the in-app purchase. The problem changes every time, and there is no skip, hint, or recovery shortcut. This is required by Apple's Kids Category guidelines and is intentional. If a kid cannot solve it, the gate is doing its job. A parent or older sibling can solve it and proceed.

Does Sky Ace collect any data about my child?

No. Sky Ace does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data about you or your child. There are no analytics, no tracking, no advertising SDKs, no accounts, and no sign-in. Game progress is saved locally on the device only. See the privacy policy for the full details.

Are there in-app purchases other than the $2.99 unlock?

No. The $2.99 unlock is the only purchase. There are no subscriptions, no consumable coin packs, no premium plane bundles, and no second tier of unlocks. One price, whole game, yours forever on your Apple ID.

Are there ads in the app?

No. There are no ads of any kind, anywhere in the app. Not even interstitials, banners, or video offer walls.

How do I report a bug or send feedback?

Email us at bkelleh60@gmail.com with as much detail as you can. The most useful things to include:

How do I delete saved progress?

Sky Ace stores all game progress locally on the device. To reset progress, delete the app from your device and reinstall it from the App Store. The unlock purchase will still be tied to your Apple ID and can be restored via "Restore Purchases" in the Shop.

What ages is Sky Ace designed for?

Sky Ace is listed in the Apple App Store Kids Category, ages 9-11. The gameplay is approachable for kids age 8 and up, and remains fun through middle school.
