Sky Ace Privacy Policy

Sky Ace is an arcade flying game for kids, listed in the Apple App Store Kids Category. This policy explains, in plain language, exactly what the app does and does not do with your information. The short version: Sky Ace does not collect any personal data from you or your child.

What we collect

Nothing. Sky Ace does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information.

Specifically, the app does not:

• Ask for a name, email address, phone number, birthday, or any other personal detail.
• Require you to create an account or sign in.
• Use analytics, tracking, advertising, or third-party software development kits (SDKs).
• Show advertisements of any kind.
• Access the camera, microphone, contacts, photos, or location.
• Send any data about you or your device to us or to anyone else.

Data stored on your device

Sky Ace saves a small amount of game data locally on your device so the game works as expected. This includes things like which levels have been completed and whether the paid content has been unlocked. This information stays on your device, is never transmitted off it, and is removed when you delete the app.

In-app purchase

Sky Ace offers a single one-time in-app purchase ($2.99 USD, or local equivalent) that unlocks the full set of levels and the Mountain world Free Flight mode. There are no subscriptions, no consumable purchases, and no advertising.

The purchase is processed entirely by Apple through StoreKit. Sky Ace never sees, receives, or stores your payment information. Apple's handling of that transaction is governed by Apple's own privacy policy.

In compliance with Apple's Kids Category guidelines, the in-app purchase is placed behind a parental gate. The gate must be passed before any purchase can begin.

Children's privacy

Sky Ace is designed for children ages 8–13 and follows Apple's Kids Category requirements. Because the app collects no personal information from anyone, it complies with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar laws by simply not collecting, using, or disclosing personal information from children.

Third parties

Sky Ace does not share data with third parties because it does not collect any data to share. The app does not contain third-party advertising networks, analytics services, or social media SDKs.

Links out of the app

Sky Ace does not contain links that send kids out of the app to a web browser or other service without first passing a parental gate.

Changes to this policy

If this policy is ever updated, the new version will be posted at this same URL with a new "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes will also be reflected in the app's listing on the App Store.
